The Female Empowerment Conference is geared towards adolescent females between the ages of 13-18 years old. We want to ensure that every female who attends the conference will not only be more empowered when she leaves, than she was when she arrived, but also feel empowered and encouraged to not only identify and chase her dreams, but catch them as well.
